1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jibb", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at jibb.bid, licensed by PAGCOR to conduct online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jibb platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a Player on the jibb platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's jibb Account at any given time, including available real-money credit and any applicable bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to any promotional funds, free spins value, cashback credit, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total real-money wager a Player must place before Bonus Credit or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing lawful gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process mandated by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations, which jibb is required to conduct on all registered Players.
• "RNG" refers to the certified random number generator technology used to determine game outcomes across all applicable titles in the jibb game library.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jibb platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jibb's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the jibb platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the jibb platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an Account if you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal vehicle;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling via a PAGCOR-licensed operator is not prohibited at the time of each gaming session;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the jibb platform or on any PAGCOR-managed exclusion register;
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another individual for the purpose of gambling on the jibb platform;
• You have not previously had a jibb Account suspended or terminated for a material breach of these Terms;
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of play.

jibb offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods. The following general conditions apply to all jibb promotions:

• Bonus Credit may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement associated with that bonus has been satisfied.
• Where a Player attempts to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, any remaining Bonus Credit and associated winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited.
• jibb reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting game mechanics to meet wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, coordinated play with other Players for bonus benefit, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, or device may be treated as a single entry for the purposes of promotional eligibility.
• jibb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, save that any amendment will not adversely affect a bonus already awarded and in the process of being wagered.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jibb platform operate using random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories before deployment. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.

Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface and on the respective game information pages. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during play, jibb's records shall be the authoritative reference for determining the outcome of affected rounds. jibb reserves the right to void bets affected by verifiable technical malfunctions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jibb platform. A breach of this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or while registered as a self-excluded player;
• Registering or maintaining more than one jibb Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or unauthorized use of another person's payment method;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or mathematical errors in game mechanics for financial gain;
• Engaging in bonus abuse as described in Section 6;
• Facilitating access to the platform by any person who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

9 Responsible Gaming

jibb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within Account Settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable notifications that display the duration of their current gaming session at specified intervals.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts summarizing session duration and net gaming result may be activated in Account Settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the elected exclusion period expires.
• Account Closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting jibb support.

jibb cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives. Players who are experiencing difficulties related to problem gambling are encouraged to contact the jibb support team, visit the Responsible Gaming page, or reach out to Philippine-based problem gambling support organizations.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

jibb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account and to void pending bets and withhold balances pending investigation in any of the following circumstances:

• Actual or reasonably suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Actual or reasonably suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Request or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jibb;
• Discovery that the Player does not satisfy the eligibility criteria in Section 3;
• A valid and verified self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.

Where an Account is terminated following a confirmed material breach of these Terms, jibb reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account to the extent permitted by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. In all other cases of Account closure not attributable to a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jibb platform — including but not limited to the jibb brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and user interface elements — is the property of jibb or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jibb content without the prior written consent of jibb or the relevant rights holder.

Game content made available on the jibb platform is licensed to jibb by third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain with the respective provider. Your access to game content is limited to personal, non-commercial use within the context of normal gameplay on the jibb platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jibb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jibb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the jibb platform, even if jibb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jibb does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance periods that may affect platform availability. jibb shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability attributable to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events outside jibb's reasonable control.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jibb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jibb.bid/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jibb complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, anti-money laundering compliance, fraud prevention, and the improvement of our services. jibb does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding the existence, validity, breach, or termination of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to first contact jibb's customer support team to seek informal resolution. jibb commits to responding to all formal complaints submitted via the official support channel within five (5) business days. Where a complaint relates to a PAGCOR licensing matter, Players may also escalate their complaint directly to PAGCOR for regulatory review.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jibb reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — defined as changes that materially affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or by prominent notice on the jibb platform no less than fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the jibb platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Any balance held in your Account at the time of closure in these circumstances will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
